The Human Design Map
Explore how you move across the landscape of your individuality.
There is more to you than the ways you have learned to fit in.
Your Human Design Bodygraph offers a framework for exploring how you engage with the world, approach decisions and experience the expectations around you.
The Human Design Map is a personalised report that introduces the elements of your design and invites you to consider them in the context of your own life.
An opportunity to recognise familiar patterns, explore your individuality and make more room for choices that feel your own.
REPORT IN DEVELOPMENT
Make room for your individuality
You may have learned to keep pace with others, say yes before you have had time to consider or measure yourself against someone else’s way of living. Some adaptations help us belong, others become so familiar that we stop noticing the effort they require.
Human Design introduces questions about these experiences.
When do you feel pressured to act? What happens when you give a decision more time? Which expectations have you accepted without considering whether they work for you?
Within Incharge Wellbeing, these questions sit alongside my wider work on authenticity: becoming aware of what has shaped us, discerning what matters and choosing how we wish to live.
Your design offers another perspective from which to begin that exploration of how you're built to move, decide and lead.
There is room to discover your own way.
Begin with curiosity, learn through experience.
Human Design is traditionally approached as an experiment. You begin with your Type, Strategy and Authority, then observe what happens when you explore them in everyday life.
Your report gives you language and starting points. Your experience gives you something to reflect on. Notice what feels useful, what raises questions and what you understand differently over time. You do not need to adopt every interpretation or reorganise your life around a chart.
The purpose is to deepen your attention to yourself and allow that awareness to inform the choices you make.
WHAT WE COVER
Inside your Human Design Map
Explore your Bodygraph, beginning with the foundations of your design and moving into its individual connections and themes.
Each section offers a starting point for understanding yourself, noticing the influence of conditioning and experimenting with choices that feel more authentically your own.
-
Explore your Type as a foundation for understanding your design. Consider how its themes relate to the ways you participate, respond and interact with others.
-
Discover the Strategy associated with your Type and how you might explore it in everyday situations. Begin noticing your responses, the pressures you experience and what happens when you approach opportunities differently.
-
Understand the decision-making process described by your design. Explore what it asks you to notice, allow or give time to, while keeping your circumstances and practical responsibilities in view.
-
Explore these signposts within Human Design. Use them to reflect on moments of ease or tension and the situations in which you feel pressured to act against your own experience.
-
Discover the two lines that form your Profile and the themes they introduce. Reflect on how you learn through experience, form connections and find your place alongside others.
-
Explore how your defined Centres connect with one another. Understand your Definition within Human Design and consider the patterns you recognise in your experience of being alone and with others.
-
Discover the functions associated with your defined Centres and the qualities Human Design describes as more consistent within you. Consider how you experience and express these themes.
-
Explore where your chart describes greater receptivity to the people and environments around you. Notice what you take on, what you feel expected to prove and where greater awareness may create room for choice.
-
Discover the Channels formed by connections between defined Centres. Explore their themes and consider how they may relate to qualities, tensions or patterns you recognise in your life.
-
Explore the Gates activated in your Bodygraph and the particular themes they introduce. Consider how these individual elements contribute to your experience without needing to define the whole of who you are.
-
Explore your Personality and Design Sun and Earth activations. Reflect on their associated themes and how they may offer perspectives on what you express and what helps you feel grounded.
-
Bring your observations back to everyday experience. Begin with small experiments, notice what feels useful and allow your understanding to develop over time.
Awareness. Discernment. Choice. Enactment.
Bring your design into everyday life
Start with one observation. You might notice how you respond to an invitation, what happens when you feel rushed or how easily another person’s expectations become your own.
Allow yourself time to explore before drawing conclusions.
What do you notice when you pause?
Where are you seeking approval?
Which choices leave you feeling more comfortable with yourself?
You may find it helpful to keep a few notes and return to them. The aim is to understand your experience with greater care, while remaining attentive to your circumstances and responsibilities.
Self-knowledge becomes useful when it helps you participate more consciously in your own life.
Small experiments can open meaningful questions.

SUPPORT & CLARITY
Frequently asked questions.
-
Your free chart introduces your Bodygraph and its key information. The Human Design Map provides a more detailed written exploration of the elements included in your report, helping you understand the terminology and consider how its themes relate to your experience.
-
No. The report begins with the foundations and explains the terms as you encounter them. You can explore at your own pace and return to particular sections as your understanding develops.
-
You will need your date, time and place of birth. An accurate birth time matters because changes in time can alter elements of your Bodygraph. If your birth time is unknown or uncertain, please contact me before ordering so we can consider the limitations.
-
The Human Design Map is a personalised written report generated from your birth details. A Life Journey Consultation is a separate offering, providing space to explore your map in conversation and relate it to your experiences and questions.
-
Your report explains your Strategy and Authority within Human Design and offers starting points for exploration. It cannot decide for you or account for every circumstance in your life. Your judgement, experience and practical responsibilities remain essential.
-
Human Design combines several symbolic and esoteric traditions. It is not a scientifically validated assessment of personality, health or future outcomes.
At Incharge Wellbeing, it is offered as a framework for reflection and personal exploration. You remain more than any chart can describe.
