Future by Design
A personalised three-session programme for young people aged 14–25 who are beginning to make important decisions about education, work and adult life.
Rather than asking a young person to choose a career before they fully understand themselves, Future by Design begins with the person behind the decision.
Across three 75-minute one-to-one sessions, we move from self-understanding to possibility, from possibility to exploration, and from exploration to practical next steps.
Together we explore:
strengths, interests, values and motivations
natural ways of working and learning
education, career and future possibilities
several credible directions or career hypotheses worth investigating
real-world ways to test those possibilities
the practical next steps that make sense now
Where appropriate, Astrology and Human Design may also be used as additional reflective tools. They are not used to predict a young person’s future or tell them what they should choose.
The programme includes:
three 75-minute private sessions
preparation and review of the young person’s current questions and circumstances
guided education, career and future exploration
practical experiments between sessions where useful
a personalised Future Blueprint bringing together key insights, possibilities and next steps
For parents and carers
You may be purchasing the programme, but the young person is the client.
Parents can provide valuable context and support, particularly for younger clients, while the sessions give the young person space to think independently and develop greater ownership of the choices ahead of them.
For under-18s, the appropriate parent/carer consent and young-person agreement must be completed before the first session.
£555
Pay in full or spread the cost across three payments.
After booking, you will receive the next steps, including scheduling and any forms needed before we begin.
*Future by Design is one complete three-session programme. The payment option simply allows the programme fee to be spread over time.
