Future Compass
A personalised 90-minute future-direction session for young people aged approximately 14–25.
Future Compass is designed for a young person who needs perspective, direction or a clearer starting point.
Rather than beginning with “What job should you do?”, we begin with the person.
Together, we explore strengths, interests, values, motivations, decision-making, preferred ways of working and learning, and the kind of life they may want to build. From there, we connect what we discover with possible subjects, education routes, careers, industries and experiences worth exploring.
The aim is not to prescribe one future. It is to help the young person develop a clearer internal compass from which to make increasingly informed decisions of their own.
Future Compass includes:
preparation and review of a short pre-session questionnaire
one 90-minute individual session
exploration of strengths, interests, values and working preferences
education, career and life-direction exploration
personalised possibilities and areas for further investigation
a bespoke Future Blueprint
three practical next experiments to turn reflection into real-world learning
Where appropriate, and only where the young person and family choose to include them, Astrology and Human Design may also be used as optional reflective lenses. They are never used to predict a future or tell someone what they should choose.
Future Compass can be particularly useful when a young person is:
choosing GCSEs, A levels or other qualifications
considering university, apprenticeships or alternative routes
unsure which subjects, careers or industries to explore
interested in many things and struggling to narrow them down
questioning a course, degree or early career choice
feeling pressure to have their future worked out
wanting direction rather than one definitive answer
For parents and carers
You may be purchasing the session, but the young person is the client.
The session gives them an independent space to think, explore and begin developing greater ownership of the choices ahead of them, while parents remain part of the wider process where appropriate.
For under-18s, the relevant parent/carer consent and young-person agreement must be completed before the session.
£222
After purchase, you will receive the next steps, including the pre-session questionnaire and access to my scheduling diary.
